In coherence with its broadcast media collections, since February 2009, INA has been engaged in focused and selective archiving of audiovisual media related web sites and resources. A core list of about 15,000 web sites, 10,000 video platform accounts or channels, 10,000 audio podcasts or channels, and 13,500 accounts and 2700 hashtags from social networks is regularly updated and enriched. They are being crawled on a daily basis.
In 2022, this collection gathers 10 billions webpages (120 billion web resources), 35 millions audiovisual media and 2.7 billions tweets. All these resources are fully searchable through comprehensive search engines and data visualisations.
Access is available on site at the INA consultation centre which is hosted within the BnF research library and in 50 other partner libraries throughout France.
