Fees:
- The General Assembly (for IIPC members only) was free.
- Each IIPC member organization had one free registration for WAC.
- Web Archiving Conference registration included all conference sessions, workshops, morning and afternoon coffees, and lunches.
- The Conference Dinner on 9 April was a sit-down dinner with warm and cold courses, cooked by Michelin-starred chefs at the National Library’s restaurant by CREDO.

10 bursaries were offered to students to cover registration fees. These applications were open to students in good standing who wish to attend the conference in-person. The bursaries did NOT cover the costs of travel, accommodations, or the conference dinner on 9 April, 2025.
