External Event Submissions

Submit your web archiving events here to be added to the IIPC Events Calendar! We are committed to promoting member and non-member web archiving events. If you are unsure if the content of your event is relevant, please reach out to us at staff [@] netpreserve [.] org.

Guidelines:

  1. Fill out the form. Be sure to be as specific as possible with information about the event and how it is relevant to the greater web archiving community. Please do include the contact information for an event contact.
  2. Submit any links for registration and include any event costs with the event submission.
  3. Staff will review your event submission and approve it or get in touch with questions within one week. If your event submission is time-sensitive, do reach out to staff [@] netpreserve [.] org.

Notes:

  • Event dates and times: Our default calendar setting is UTC. You are welcome to change the timezone for your event within the timezone options. Please note if the event repeats or spans multiple days.
  • Location: The location drop-down list shown is generated from previous events. You are welcome to select a location from the list if applicable, or enter a new location.
  • Featured images: You are welcome to submit a featured image if appropriate for your event.

Add certain days to event occurrences. If you have a single day event, start and end dates should be the same, If you have a multiple day event, the start and end dates must match the initial date. Read More
