The IIPC is led by a Steering Committee that provides strategic direction and the Executive Board, comprising at least the Consortium Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and Senior Staff Member, that carries out the business of the Consortium.
The Chair, Vice-Chair, and Treasurer of the Steering Committee are voted on each calendar year. Steering Committee members are elected by the IIPC General Assembly and have three-year terms.
