Web Archive Switzerland is the collection of the Swiss National Library containing websites with a bearing on Switzerland. About 30 institutions across the country are contributing to this archive. Web Archive Switzerland is integrated in e-Helvetica, the access system of the Swiss National Library, giving access to the entire digital collection. The archived versions of websites can only be viewed in the reading rooms of the Swiss National Library and in those of our partner libraries. However, the metadata of the archived versions may be viewed from anywhere. The user interface offers a full-text index for searching archived websites and uses both pywb and OpenWayback as viewers. As a special feature, screenshots of the start pages for the archived websites are generated in IIIF format and displayed in the hit list together with the hits in context.
