IIPC TSS Webinar: Browsertrix Integration Into Workflows
The IIPC Technical Speaker Series (TSS) facilitates knowledge sharing and fosters conversations and collaborations among IIPC members around web archiving technical work.
Browsertrix is an open-source, browser-based crawling service created by Webrecorder to increase the ease and accessibility of web archiving. In addition to crawling, Browsertrix is also intended to support patching, curation, and other aspects of web archiving. Prior IIPC events focused on Browsertrix include a Browsertrix Cloud workshop, a quality assurance demo, and a webinar on scaling Browsertrix crawls.
This webinar will feature examples of Browsertrix integration into web archiving workflows from the National Library of Luxembourg, the Royal Danish Library, and the National Library of Estonia. The speakers will address who in their institutions is utilizing Browsertrix, how it interacts with other web archiving tools and processes, features that would help better support this integration, and more.
This event is for IIPC members. Please contact events@netpreserve.org for a registration link or log in to the Members-Only Archive.
