Fees:
- The General Assembly (for IIPC members only) is free.
- Each IIPC member organization is entitled to one free WAC registration.
- Web Archiving Conference registration includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon coffees, and lunches.
- There is a separate registration fee for pre-conference workshops (€10 or €25, depending on duration) and lunch (€17). It's possible to register for the Monday pre-conference workshops and the BelgicaWeb Symposium as standalone events.
- The Conference Dinner on 21 April is at Le Cercle Des Voyageurs.

10 bursaries are offered to students to cover registration fees. These applications are open to students in good standing who wish to attend the conference in-person. The bursaries do NOT cover the costs of travel, accommodations, or the conference dinner on 21 April, 2025.
To apply for a student bursary, complete the application by 12 February 2026.
