While we may be able to open more spaces, we aren't sure yet. The best thing to do is to email events (@) netpreserve.org to be added to the waitlist. This way we can contact you as seats become available.

If you're registering for both the online day and in-person Web Archiving Conference, please select the in-person day when registering. The online day is included free for in-person participants.

If you have a membership discount code (given to each IIPC member institution's designated representative), select Member (discount code) from the group types at the start of registration and enter your code.

We are taking payments for the 2023 Web Archiving Conference using Stripe.

Sound & Vision would be happy to issue you a visa invitation letter. Please contact events@netpreserve.org and include the following information:

• Full Name
• Affiliation
• Passport number
• Nationality
• Dates (start date and end date) of your stay in Hilversum
• Hotel address where you’ll be staying during the conference
• Name and address of the embassy that the letter should be addressed to

We will follow up within 3-5 business days with a signed PDF letter.

Yes! We offered up to ten student bursaries to cover the conference fees for WAC 2023.

Applications closed on 15 March, 2023. We have now followed up with all students who applied for a bursary. If you applied and have not received an email, please follow up with us.
